I had a lovely stay at the hotel in Windsor. The rooms were a mix of small and dark spaces overlooking a brick wall and an office building to larger, nicer rooms. The service was welcoming and friendly, although a hiccup with the key card affected our heating. The location was excellent with stunning river views and easy access to local attractions.
